Delancey had approximately half of the drink down when Wells threw him onto the bed, touched him, and shoved his tongue into his mouth, according to the lawsuit. According to the lawsuit, after Delancey defeated him, they both proceeded upstairs to a rooftop terrace.
Delancey claims that Wells grabbed his genitalia and attempted to unbutton his pants on the stairs. Once again, Delancey declined and withdrew.
