The most recent statistics from Transport Canada show that Tesla is still in the lead with almost 5,000 rebate requests, followed by Hyundai with slightly more than 2,600. Less than 100 separated Kia and Ford in their close battle for third place, but Kia prevailed with 2,005 rebate claims. (via Automotive News Canada)

When it comes to individual models, Tesla is still in the lead, with the Model Y and Model 3 having 3,255 and 1,571 refund requests, respectively.
Notably, there were two newcomers on the show. For the recently released Fiat 500e, 38 iZEV were submitted; moreover, one Honda Prologue was given the rebate.

Lastly, it should come as no surprise that British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec continue to lead the provinces in iZEV rebates. In May, 86 percent of all Canadian iZEV were distributed throughout the three provinces.
Due in significant part to its size and the province’s $7,000 EV incentive, Quebec accounts for over half of the country’s 56 percent of rebates.
That may change in the coming years, though, since Quebec will be discontinuing its Roulez Vert rebate program by 2027.
