Today, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu promised to defend his country and issued a warning, saying, “Whoever hurts us, we hurt him.”
The prime minister, the defence minister, and the chief of staff instructed the IDF to conduct preemptive attacks against Hezbollah sites. Their remarks were made at the start of a meeting of Israel’s security cabinet.

According to Netanyahu, the attacks neutralised hundreds of missiles headed into northern Israel and stopped more threats.
“We are determined to do everything to protect our country, return the residents of the north safely to their homes and continue to uphold a simple rule: Whoever hurts us — we hurt him,” he said.
